 Mark discussed with me what I was expecting and hoped to get out of my massage. He was very thorough and very cautious with areas I didn’t even know I needed to be concerned about. Looking forward to going back for another massage and cupping. Total body experience has a very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

 I was pleasently surprised by my experience at Total Body Experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and everyone was very professional. I'm no stranger other kinds of therapy, and I have seen how beneficial they can be, but haven't had much experience with massage therapy. It turns out that there are a lot of parallels. Kevin explained the different muscle groups. Which ones were tight and what that can do for my health; we also talked through what might be causing it. After I explained my symptoms and some of my history, Kevin was able to connect some dots for me based only on how my muscles reacted to being massaged. I've never had much reason to commit to massage therapy in the past, but I could tell that Kevin was knowledgeable, and he made me feel confident that consistent massage therapy would be beneficial. Because of him, I ended up signing up for a monthly membership. The membership fee also covers a 1 hour massage (with a discount), and any further massages come at the same discounted rate. If you need one massage a month or more, I recommend giving Total Body Experience a try and taking advantage of their no-commitment membership. Well done, guys! 

 I have had several massages at many places in the past; resorts, cruises, local and while traveling. I travel often. This was by far the best massage I have ever received. Booked my next massage before I left for the next time I am back in Sarasota. Wish I had found this place earlier in my trip. I will sleep great tonight. Thank you for a great experience.

   Total Body Experience is unlike any massage establishment I have ever been to, in the best way. I came in with neck and back knots for the first time and Mark used both his medical massage experience in conjunction with his strong intuitive senses to pinpoint and target every area. Additionally, he educated me the whole way as I asked questions about the pressure points and the sensations I felt through the massage. I feel so, so much better, thank you so much Mark!
